POLITICS OF GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALES

The present general terms of sale apply to all the orders sent on the www.abelbael.bigcartel.com
by confirming your order, you recognize to have acquainted with general terms of sale and accept them in their entirety.  The www.abelbael.bigcartel.com site reserves the right to modify these conditions. The applicable conditions are then the ones current at the time of the signing of order. 

BIG CARTEL

My store is hosted on Big Cartel, LLC. They provide me with the online e-commerce platform that allows me to sell my products and services to you. Your data is stored through Big Cartel’s data storage, databases and the general Big Cartel application. Big Cartel may also share your information with third parties for payment processing and other services. For more information on how your information is stored, shared and protected by Big Cartel, refer to their Privacy Policy.

PRODUCTS AND PRICE LISTS

Products sold on the www.abelbael.bigcartel.com site are imagined, realized and produced
by Abel Costantino, except for the “Wunderkammer” section.
 Products are illustrated by one or several photos, a descriptive text and price shown in Euros.
The frames of the section “Antique Frames” are restored from old Italian frames and they
can have some imperfections due to time and the peculiar history of the frame.
For me these are not imperfections but an additional value. I believe in reuse and recycle.
The objects of the section “Wunderkammer” are coming from fleamarket, thrift shops, antiquaries etc… so they can present imperfections due to time and the peculiar history of the objects.
All product are regenerated and cleaned with love. Photos aim to be the most faithful as possible but the colors can vary from one computer screen to another. Prices are in Euros and excluding postage costs. Shipping costs depend on the weight and volume of products and are indicated to
the buyer when validating the basket ("cart").

PAYMENTS

The www.abelbael.bigcartel.com site accepts following payment methods:
BY CREDIT CARD: Payments are made online through the secure Paypal payment platform.
It is not mandatory to have a Paypal account to purchase. When you validate your shopping cart ("checkout") you are redirected to the Paypal page, you can select the method of payment by credit card and fill in the usual fields on your card. BY PAYPAL: You must have a Paypal account.

PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

The personal information collected from buyers are essential for processing and delivering orders.
Any personal details that you provide to me including your name, address, telephone number and email address will not be released, sold or rented to any entities or individuals outside of Abel.Bael.

DELIVERY

Orders are shipped by Poste Italiane, for both national and international shipments.
Orders will be dispatched within 6 working days.

Orders are generally received within 10-14 days, although certain destinations may take longer. And some items can get held up in customs for longer, and unknown reasons. On very rare occasion, overseas shipments may be subject to import duties and tax. Additional charges must
be at the customer’s expense. Abel.Bael has no control over these charges and accepts no responsibility for any additional overseas costs. It will be my concern to pack every article at best because once items have been shipped, they become the property and responsibility of the purchaser. If a product arrives damaged, or misplaced, it is the purchasers responsibility to liaise with Poste Italiane. No refunds or replacements will be given for products missing or damaged in transit. However Abel.Bael will give you all the necessary information to make your claim.

RETURNS

In case you change your mind you can ask for returns writing at [email protected]
Products may be returned if the customer notifies Abel.Bael via email within 10 days of receipt of product. Products must be returned undamaged and in the state in which they were
sent. The customer is responsible for ensuring correct packing of the product and using
appropriate postal and recorded delivery methods with relevant insurance cover in place.
Abel.Bael is not responsible for the loss or damage of any returned product. Upon satisfactory receipt of the returned goods to Abel.Bael, I will refund the money earned to the buyer.
Abel.Bael will aim to refund the buyers payment within 7 days minus the costs of initial shipping and packing charges.The customer is liable for the return carriage costs. If the customer fails to return the goods they will be charged the full cost of their recovery. They are under a duty to take care of the goods until they are returned.
